Oh Pippa Grant, you delivered another gem with Master Baker! We met Grady Rock in Flirting with the Frenemy and he has intrigued me since, this delectable baker that seems to have a heart of gold, for the most part. What he does not expect to happen is his old HS best friend/crush to move one town over and start a competing bakery—who does that? Well let’s just say that he does not stop and ask why but just head first in.
Grady and Annika have the type of friendship that people dream of having- someone to actually see and understand you. Granted it has been 10 years since they saw each other and it did not leave off on particularly good terms, but watching (reading) about them reuniting is glorious! Not to mention so pretty freaking hot hate sexual moments!
All in all, if you like your romcoms with a splash of sweetness, Master Baker is definitely your jam! If you like other books by Pippa Grant, you will freaking love this book. If you do not like romcoms that make you want to hug the characters close, this might not be the book for you! 😉
