My Thoughts <3
I am honestly in freaking AWE right now. After finishing TEN, the final book in the Count to Ten series by Jane Blythe, that is the only word that describes exactly how I am feeling. Jane created this vivid world that has readers invested in the character and outcomes that I caught my self several times holding my breath to figure out what was going to happen.
We are introduced to some new main characters but the general idea and concept is similar from the previous books. We have a killer that has kidnapped Tessa Micah and the detectives have 10 days to find her. To add on that awful fact, people close to Tessa are being killed off one by freaking one. With such a complicated past, there are a few aspects on who it could be.
All in all, this book is freaking intense. We are brought back into the world of Sofia/Ryan, Laura/Jack, and Annabelle/Xavier which makes me happy but ONCE again everyone is in freaking danger. I have to say that the ending, while somber, was the perfect way for this series to end and unlike in the previous books we have a sense of finality with it. Jane did a terrific job with this series and I am so lucky that I was able to read all 10 books in succession and not have to wait for the next to be written and published. I am a huge fan of this series and HIGHLY recommend you checking out this gritty, suspenseful book and series!

When she’s not writing Jane loves to read, bake, go to the beach, ski, horse ride, and watch Disney movies. She has a black belt in Taekwondo, a 200+ collection of teddy bears, and her favorite color is pink. She has the world’s two most sweet and pretty Dalmatians, Ivory and Pearl. Oh, and she also enjoys spending time with family and friends!
