Wow, this book is all kinds of misconceptions and lack of communication! As the book goes on, it is freaking crazy how much two people can care so much for each other but don’t let themselves feel it. I loved how Piper Rayne starts off with you not understanding everything went on between Val and Dom, but uses past encounters throughout the story so that the reader knows their convoluted past.
Dom and Val both have wanted each other since they were younger, what they do not expect is to wake up married after a night in Vegas. Due to their messy past, there is no way that this could work and end up being the real deal right?
All in all this book has the trademark Piper Rayne humor and feels! You will be rooting for Val and Dom to get OVER themselves and admit to each other that they both want their sham of a marriage to be real but they have enough baggage to fill an entire plane, so it definitely is not going to be easy! Check out this book if you like Second Chance Accidental Married books– you will not be disappointed!
