Still calm, but nowhere near as disarming. Lust lurks in the vicious tone, heightening the heat building in my blood. “Didn’t you?”
I shake my head, gritting my teeth against a reply as I struggle to remember my anger.
“Go to hell—”
I gasp as his finger slips between my legs, teasing the moisture gathered there. “It’s working,” he grates. “Consider this me teased to the point of madness…”
My Thoughts
This is book 2 in Vadim and Tiffany’s series and man oh man, it just keeps getting better and better! Vadim is very different from his brother, but that is neither a bad nor good thing, they are just very different in their temperments.
Corrupt starts right where book 1 left off and goes into more detail about the huge bomb that was dropped. All of this while keeping you wanting MORE and having more and more questions! The chemistry has been there between the characters, but you can also see them growing closer emotionally too, but is that really the best thing for both of them?! All in all, I totally dug Corrupt and I am VERY much so looking forward to next book! 5 outta 5 stars from me!
