I really enjoyed this book! I rate it a 4.5 outta 5 stars and I rounded up! 🙂
Are you a fan of Second Chance/Enemies to Lovers Romances? Seriously, this is two for the price of one. Oliver and Chloe grew up together since their mothers were best friends. These two had a sticky relationship growing up in which neither could say no to a dare. There were major hiccups between the two of them (mostly were Oliver was completely awful because being a typical boy could not deal with a little thing called feelings) and it has shaped both of them in to the people are today.
This book was a great mix of past and present to help showcase the situations that Chloe and Oliver got themselves into and why things the way they are now. Chloe greatly dislikes Oliver and for good reason, but she was just informed if she wants her dream to happen, she needs his help.
Check out this book if you like fiery women with a lot of heart and guys that were absolutely clueless about things until it smacks them in the face. You will be able to join the journey and see if things work out between the two of them. There were a couple of instances I wanted to shack (maybe slap) some sense in to Oliver, but other than that, this was a great and fun read!
