My Thoughts <3
I have enjoyed all of the books in this series, but I have to say that I think this one is my favorite! I couldn’t wait for Cassius’ book and Becca Steele delivers a powerful punch with The Bonds We Break. To take a character from the previous books that was looked at as a mean girl, a villain, and have them be a leading lady for a guy in a group as tight as The Four is daring and done SO FREAKING WELL that you not only absolutely adore her, but root for her to get her HEA.
I want to go into so many details and keep having to slap my hand to not give away spoilers because this is one of my favorite books that I have read in a while, which is hard because I read so much and have read some pretty darn amazing book. This might not have been a “traditional” type romance but it was absolutely perfect for Jessa and Cassius, these two have so much heart and getting into their heads was everything! I felt as if everything flowed extremely naturally and organically and I LOVED THIS BOOK.
All in all even if you have not read the other books in the series (though I highly recommend it) you will be swept away in the world of The Four. Amazing job to the author and I ABSOLUTELY give this 5 outta 5 stars. Cannot wait for Zayde’s book now because I have no freaking idea how that will play out!
