I think that I absolutely adore Nicole Snow and all of her books. I am fangirling HARD. I did not even know this book was in the works until last week! Which is probably a good thing, because all weekend I was a bit antsy and then yesterday, I kept refreshing Amazon to find the link to get it on Kindle Unlimited. This series by Nicole Snow is great! I really enjoy reading her books, but the dark protector books are amazing.
To give you a little rundown of this book, it picks up right after Still Not Into You. This is Riker’s book and we have learned about him in the first two books, basically we know that he takes his job and his daughter extremely serious.
The story begins when Liv witnesses a murder right in front of her. Her rock star sister is familiar with Enguard Security, after Landon saves her life in book 1, and recommends the agency to protect her sister and that is how Liv and Riker end up “engaged”.
Liv reminds me a bit of Snow White, she is pure and innocent, but still strong in dealing with crazy scenarios. Riker is her exact opposite, he gives off major mercenary vibes, but is a great and reliable guy. The two of them should not be so right for each other, but the are and it is absolutely beautiful.
