=Gideon and Deidre are back in this heart-breaking duet conclusion.
We learn ALL of Deidre’s past and present and it is not an easy read. The breakthrough that she was having while being with Gideon has been replaced with a mask to face the darkest time in her life.
All of our questions are answered here and I thought they were done in a great way and covered all the bases for what I was looking for. I am not going into any details because that is what makes this book. But man oh man, what an ending it is!
This duet is about sin. What it represents. Is it truly evil? What makes a person a sinner? Are they bad people if they sin? There are so many aspects in this book that made me question what I thought my answers were for these questions. It was a deeply emotional and mental read.
Kudos for sure to the author!!
