5 STARS- Read this book NOW!
Oh my gosh if you have read any of the Carolina Comets books Grady Miller has been in the background, loud and obnoxious so I was totally waiting to see how Teagan Hunter would approach his book. It was ABSOLUTELY perfect! She didn’t change him at all, but showed us deeper layers that we did not know where there and I freaking loved it SO MUCH! It was sweet and funny, but mostly I just loved the characters and the story. The concept might not have been new, but the way it was delivered, Miller himself, and how everything played out makes this a book I recommend you do not miss!
If you cannot tell, this is a book that I really enjoyed reading, maybe even more than the other Comets. I loved how genuine both Scout and Miller are, and though he doesn’t say the right things and in fact says the worst things ever, Miller is a genuinely amazing person. Go read this ASAP!
