My Thoughts <3
I just finished this book and all I can say is that I want more! When I saw that the Pre-Order for book 2 was already out I got super excited, but when I saw it was in April 2020, I almost threw my kindle across the room!😂
But for real, Reaper Academy: Semester One is SO FREAKING GOOD! If you like New Adult Paranormal Romances (ish), then this series is going to be a big hit for you. It was a little light on the romance, because it seemed to be setting up the world more than anything- and it was a LOT to set up. This book is action packed, with a creative world and story and VERY interesting characters! Addy is the bomb, I love how loyal she is and is quite a spitfire for being thrust into an unknown world, there is definitely something different about her that keeps you super curious. The guys in the story are very different though and some HUGE bombs are dropped making you feel not only curious, but a little uneasy about what is to come next.
All in all, I cannot wait for Semester Two to see how in the world things play out after reading the ending. I won’t say it is a cliffhanger, but just enough for you to be like “wait wait?! No I need more”! 5 stars from this paranormal book loving girl!
