What in the world did I just read?!?! This book has a little bit of everything for all types of readers. It has humor, it has heart, it straight up blew my mind and is definitely a MUST read for all romance readers.
The blurb grabbed my attention, but the duel POV and complex situations gave my work-tired brain the escape that it needed. There are several parts to this book and a lot of situations that are woven throughout, but the author did a great job of combining them all together in a way that did not feel overwhelming, just informative and right. It was humorous in the right parts, but serious when it needed to be!
I also loved the characters!! Both Colin and Elle have so many layers that you only start to see even halfway through the book. Colin’s POV stole the show for me, he was everything that I like in my main man- determined, hard working, knows what he wants, and full of hope. Not going to lie, I was rooting hard for my man here! Elle was awesome too, she is sweet and nice, but also sticks up for herself.
All in all this book rocked me with how good it was, you need to read it ASAP! 5 stars from me!
