I really get excited when I see that Jacob Chance has a new book out, especially in a series that I have read the previous books. ICED with Oliver Ice is a fake boyfriend sports romance and it is so freaking good. Oliver is hands down of my favorite guys that I have read by this author, he is sweet, a bit jaded, and a smoking hockey player. Ava, I liked the girl, but I 100% connected with Oliver more!
This book is funny, heartfelt, and packs a pretty awesome punch. It wasn’t insta love, but there was major attraction between these two jaded individuals in a slow burn anticipation kind of way. The attraction is super hot and while the story isn’t super deep, it was extremely entertaining to read. All in all, I give it a 4.5 outta 5 and highly recommend it if you like fake dating new adult sports romances!
