Oh my gosh, I have been wanting this book since I read The Society Trilogy, I just KNEW that it was going to be explosive between Judge and Mercedes and boy was I right! Mercedes is very different from Ivy, and came across as kind of a horrible person in the trilogy but now we know that there are reasons for it. She is so much stronger than she realizes and I love to see her fight. If there is one person who could be able to save her from herself though, it is Judge.

From start to finish I was on the edge of my seat reading this, absolutely devouring it. The dark romance and chemistry was calling to me, and I totally dug it. The attraction between them feels so taboo for them both, but can they overcome it? My gosh I hope so, but it is going to be a wild freaking ride if they are going to get a HEA if His Rule is anything to go by.

All in all, read this ASAP! It is steamy, intriguing, and includes characters you can get behind, even Judge, who seemed utterly heartless in The Society Trilogy. I cannot wait until the next two books are here in the trilogy so I can see how it all plays out. Bravo to the authors, I am addicted to this world and give it 5 outta 5 stars!
