OMG WE GET THE BRO CODE SERIES!!!
We have heard so much of this band since the first book out by Pippa Grant. We just get a teaser of the actual guys in the band, but this book was ABSOLUTELY excellent to read! Pure entertainment with snarkiness and steam! Ellie and Wyatt were literally a perfect pair.
Ellie is a strong woman. She has been through so much and was in a accident that greatly impaired her, she was even told that walking would be difficult, but she stomachs through it. She is still trying to figure out who she is and was dumped by her long time boyfriend, who happens to be her best friend’s fiance’s brother–super awkward!
Wyatt is Ellie’s brother best friend and practically grew up with Ellie. He always pushed her to do better and that is pretty freaking awesome, even if it wasn’t at the time. He is a divorced dad in the Air Force, so he is not able to see his son very often.
This story line of fake boyfriend/girlfriend between two people that “hate” each other and are fiercely competitive was absolutely gold! With pure Pippa Grant comedy, this book was a breathe of fresh air and a beautiful story.
I always love enemies to lovers stories because the chemistry is so freaking hot. You know they always say that there is a very thin line between love and hate!

PS: I cannot wait for Beck’s book, the set up for his story at the end has me SOOOOO curious!!
