This Stepbrother romance is not the usual and I liked the unique spin that it had!!
Nils whole life is centered around hockey, it is the be all, end all and everything in between. When his mother moved from Sweden and remarried, he not only gained a stepfather, but a stepsister as well. When they suggested Nils help her acclimate to school and gain more friends by fake dating her (a little bit weird to be suggested, but anywho). Let’s just say that this fails SPECTACULARLY hurting both of them in the process. FF a few years later and Sierra enters back into his life by chance, this time his reputation is in tatters and his future with hockey is questionable. He needs her good girl reputation to help turn his world around, but can they fight the attraction that they have with each other while doing so?
Dirty Swedish Player is an entertaining but heartfelt read that showcased amazing characters and a fairly unique story line with our main characters being step siblings and also fake dating. I liked how things played out and did feel a bit rushed towards the end, but all in all if you like step-siblings romances with sports included- you will enjoy this book! I give it a 4 outta 5 stars!
