So the description gives a REALLY good idea about the book, Prince Roman has been waiting for Cheri to come back into his life and has set the motions in place. I have not read the other books in the series and I did not feel as if I was missing any information because of that, which I freaking loved.

I really liked the premise behind the book the reason WHY everything happened the way it did was spelled out quite perfectly and the author did a great job with it.

I also liked the characters Roman was super swoon worthy and he knows what he wants and he goes after it. He might be a prince, but it is not all galas and appearances there is definitely a dark side to being who he is and that is part of what goes down.

Cheri has been hiding for the past years because she did not want to live the elaborate lifestyle, she wanted to find out WHO she was and left to find herself. It seems she is still trying to figure that out, but the author did a great job of portraying that.

Yes, there is definitely taboo talk and submission and sacrifice. It was not as dark as I was expecting, but it definitely was not a walk in the park either. I felt it was extremely tastefully down and pretty darn hot too.

The only thing I was not a super fan of was the fact that it seemed like the book was rushed towards the end. We had the build up, the main story, and barely any at the end. I would have liked to seen a little more of an ending, but other than that, I definitely enjoyed!
