Welcome to the World of Dirty in this 3-in-1 Set!

Thank you so much Jaine by giving us a sneak peek into the Dirty world with including the first 2 1/2 books in this amazing collection. I saw this on my Kindle Unlimited Recommendations and thought hey, why not check it out- I am a SUCKER for series that are also standalone so that I can continue the stories on, and I am so glad I did!

This collection includes Book 1: Dirty Like Us, Book 2: Dirty Like Brody, and Book 2 1/2 A Dirty Wedding Night.

Please people if you have not read this series by Jaine Diamond, do it right this moment. Seriously go ahead and just skip reading the rest of the review to go get this, I am giving you permission, because you will NOT be disappointing.

Just a side note, I continued reading on in the series and now I am patiently…. kind of…. waiting for Dirty like Zane that will be released in December (which is TOO freaking far away if you ask me)! I will only be reviewing the 3 books that are in this collection, but be rest assured that the rest of the books are just as amazing as these and really get into the heart of Dirty. 

DIRTY LIKE ME

Ok, first of all, how cool would it be to be in a music video with the freaking singer? Fake-ish some sexy time while having a super hot guy on you, yeah that would not be too bad if I say so myself! Katie is one of the most down to earth and sweet leading lady that I have read in a while. She has had a few hard knocks go her way and is struggling as a barista when she meets Jesse Mayes. She poses as a love interest in his solo music video that goes FREAKING VIRAL!

Everyone can see the heat between the two, and Jesse sees this as an opportunity to really promote his solo gig away from his band Dirty. He has had a rough go himself the past few years and is really trying to promote the heck out of this.

There are so many outside characters that makes this book and the one to come the amazing story that it is. The rock group Dirty is more than a group, it is a family and comprised of members that have known each other forever.

Then the story starts, it has some humorous moments, gut wrenching moments, and pure heart moments. It is not only a great introductory story but one that gives you the feels when you think about this guitar playing hottie as a real person and real feelings and just a regular girl next door that ends up meaning a LOT more than he had intended her to be.

Scorch Levels: Off the Charts (seriously the first time they legit meet and just do a little dry humping for a sexy music video, I had to fan myself!)

DIRTY LIKE BRODY

Well you guessed it, this book is about our favorite Dirty manager, Brody. What is more beautiful, and heart-wrenching, than seeing someone loving someone else so long and so much that they are piece of them even when they have not seen each other in 6 years? Absolutely nothing. Brody is a sweltering and broody hottie that has only loved one lucky lady, but the road has not been easy. In fact, it was almost as if there was a freaking cave in on their journey.

The lucky lady that has his heart is Jessa, sister to Dirty guitarist Jesse, who seems pretty fragile in the beginning. She ran away 6 years ago to live her own life and try to figure out what she wants. Even with all of her brother’s persistence she never returned home, until after her brother’s wedding. She is finally starting to see exactly what she wants for herself, which is exactly what it was 10 years before that time.

This story is not lighthearted, it will make your heart burst from wanting these two to end up together and for them to fix everything that had once stood in their way.

I am not gonna lie, out of all of the books, I related less to Jessa than any other leading lady. She grew some balls towards the end, which I admired and started to like her more.  But even after getting a bit miffed towards the end, this book was great and I was so happy with the ending!

Scorch Levels: Put 2 people together that have loved each other for YEARS, of course the scorch is going to be insane!

A DIRTY WEDDING NIGHT

This gives us a sneak peek into what happens when you throw some gorgeous rock stars together that are so freaking sexy that what else is going to happen other than they hook up and they hook GOOD.

We have 4 couples that hook up that you would have never of guessed…. Well maybe a couple of them you would have. I am DEFINITELY not telling you who they are though. I know, I can be evil.

Just know, you want to read this! It sets the stage for a lot of what is going to come in the future books and gives you more insight into other Dirty Characters.
