The Stand Out was an entertaining RomCom that focuses on lengths one will go to have a plus one for a wedding, needless to say, reading Heather’s journey was quite a ride! The chemistry between the two characters was nicely built and I liked the story-line that Alam created.
All in all, if you are looking for a humorous and steamy book, check out The Stand Out right away! I give it a solid 4.25 outta 5 stars and enjoyed the banter between the two characters!
