The friends to lovers trope can be a hard romance to write and read. It has to be done in a way that is realistic, but not too fast or slow. Michelle Heard has totally done it right with Tempted Heir with Dash and Christopher! These two have a deep relationship before it even is a relationship and I love how things progress between them. It is hot, sweet, but also so gut wrenching that you cannot help but be invested in.
This book will take you on an emotional roller coaster that you do not want to get off, but hope will end in the best way possible for them. With twists and turns throughout the story, I dare you not to become invested. Well done to the author for delivering a sweet, but gritty book that will keep you on your toes- 5 stars from me!
