Amelia Wilde does dark and delicious like peanut butter goes with jelly! I was super excited about this book after reading the trilogy, and it did not disappoint. Zeus is the very definition of an anti-hero, he is not perfect, in fact no one would actually even call him “good”, but there are a lot of layers to him. Getting in his head was fascinating and I LOVED his interactions with Bridget.
All in all, this is a great introduction to a new trilogy. I liked the danger, anticipation, suspense, and the HOT moments. I can’t wait to see what happens next, especially after that cliffhanger! I give it 4.5 outta 5 stars!
