My Thoughts <3
The King of Shadows series is absolutely excellent and I am so pleased to say that Midnight Kingdom was a WONDERFUL conclusion to this trilogy! I have always been a fan of mythology and Hades and Persephone’s story was one of my favorites. When I started the first book, I was a bit leery, but once being emerged in the stories and plots, I want to give major props to Amelia Wilde because this is an amazing retelling. Combining the dark and light aspects and having it somewhat modern with super steamy scenes were completely on point.
Midnight Kingdom is the conclusion of the trilogy and shows how far the characters have come. There are secrets and filled with action packed moments. No spoilers from me, so just know this was a great book and I totally give it 4.5 outta 5 stars!
