My Thoughts <3
I just want to shout from the rooftops on how freaking good this book is! It is dark and delicious and though it is a series it is a standalone. I am OBSESSED with this world and Winter and Damien are freaking EVERYTHING! I am not sure what I expected before opening it up on my Kindle but it blew away any expectations and caught my attention from the very beginning. These two live in a VERY dangerous world and it is shown quite often in the book, sometimes with heartbreaking moments.
All in all the steam was off the charts, the story was interesting AF, and I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN! I was relieved to see that the next books in the series are coming out fairly soon (thanks for writing so fast Michelle Heard- you are the real MVP)! If you like dark romances on the NA side, this is 100% a book that you need in your life ASAP. I give it 5 HUGE stars and can’t wait for the rest of the books!
