I love Lauren Blakely, her books are always filled with heart and humor and not going to lie, I always feel as if I learned valuable information after reading her books! Instant Gratification was a delight to read from start to finish and I enjoyed going through this process and learning more about Jason and Truly!

Jason is an interesting fellow. With his smoldering looks, humor, and British accent, let’s just say that this guy is a catch. He has an interesting business shelling out advice during the day and at night is a best man-for-hire in which he helps couples have the best ceremony possible. He just has one issue, he is stuck on his best friend’s sister and cannot get her out of his head. Truly is a workaholic, she loves her job as a mixologist and is exciting about new opportunities, only wrench in her plans? Her brother’s sexy best friend that has so much chemistry with, but of course they cannot be together for obvious reasons.

I have to say that even though this was a brother’s best friend romance, it had a unique spin on it on how everything played out. I liked how things progressed and how the characters interacted with each other, even the secondary. Of course I always like hearing about characters that I read in the other books too– they make me so happy that they are happy!! All in all, if you are looking for a funny, but sweet and heartfelt story, look no further- Instant Gratification will be it for you!
